Awarded coalition: Kifaya Association & SPHERE Building Tomorrow
Target constituents: 30 Lebanese citizens & Syrian Refugees 
Geographic focus: Mount Lebanon & Beirut
Project duration: 10 months

Project overview: Advancing the economic potential of Lebanese and Syrian women by offering vocational training and capacity building to equip and prepare them for a range of medium-skilled occupations.
Project modules will include:

  1. Tailoring and handcraft
  2. Carpentry
  3. Business development
  4. Life skills training

PROJECT Noun Al Tamkeen

Awarded coalition: I’m Possible & Jafra Foundation for Relief & Youth Development
Target constituents: 60 Lebanese citizens, Syrian refugees, & Palestinian refugees
Geographic focus: Akkar, Baabda, & Aaley
Project duration: 9 months

Project overview: Strengthening the economic potential of Lebanese, Syrian, and Palestinian refugee women by equipping them with indispensable skills and tools to address barriers created by gender norms and promote their economic growth.

Project modules will include:

  1. Carpentry & pyrography
  2. Embroidery
  3. Apiculture & honey extraction
  4. usiness development
  5. GBV training
